Ellagic Acid (EA) is an active ingredient in our Stem-Kine.

Researchers have found it  improves endogenous neural stem cells proliferation and neurorestoration through Wnt/β-catenin signaling in vivo and in vitro (see: Mol Nutr Food Res. 2017 Mar;61(3). doi: 10.1002/mnfr.201600587. Epub 2016 Dec 2.).

Indeed. The Wnt/β-catenin pathway directs neuronal differentiation of cortical neural precursor cells. Wnt signaling inhibits the self-renewal capacity of cortical Neuronal Precursor Cells (NPCs), and instructively promotes their neuronal differentiation. Overexpression of Wnt7a or of a stabilized form of β-catenin in mouse cortical NPC cultures induced neuronal differentiation even in the presence of Fgf2, a self-renewal-promoting factor in this system.

This means that Ellagic Acid could be effective in driving the differentiation needed for repair after brain injury.
